[color=39b54a]"Thank you Omega! Kain? Did you hear that? Your car is in the garage safe and sound. So...lighten up!"[/color] Tia actually smiled in relief. When Omega walked in she smiled at him for possibly the first time ever, she walked over to him and Jess. 

[color=39b54a]"Hey guys, Jess, Omega this is Shiver. She is Wicked's daughter. She is going to be part of the team. Shiver, Omega is the guy in 2 right next to you so don't piss him off please. If you do he has my permission to bug the hell out of you."[/color]

Shiver smiled and ignored Tia. [color=fff79a]"Okay, I promise not to bug him...too much."[/color] Tia rolled her eyes at her and grinned at Jess. [color=39b54a]"Hungry much Jess? I'm only teasing, I eat like that too. It has to do with the energy we burn from certain powers. Fliers, regeneration, super strength and speedsters are notorious for massive food consumption."[/color] Tia laughed. [color=39b54a]"You should see the food bill for this place. Speaking of which I need to check the fax machines be right back."[/color]

 Tia walked down the hall and over to her office. [color=39b54a]"Please don't be any faxes. Please don't be any faxes."[/color] She was thrilled to see that there were only normal faxes until something caught her eye. Looking closer her face became furious. The mayor wanted them to pay for the damage to the statues and the parks. She had spoken to that man for two hours the other day and they had gone round and round about it and he had agreed that it would come out of the taxes they had already collected. Tia stomped back into the lounge.

[color=39b54a]"Sometimes the new mayor frustrates the hell out of me!"[/color] She spoke to the room. They looked at her and she continued. [color=39b54a]"Now after we agreed on how to pay for the damages to the parks and statues he wants US to pay for them."[/color] She looked like she might throttle the mayor if he were to walk in at that moment.

Shiver smirked, [color=fff79a]"What did you guys do to the park and statues?"[/color]

Tia looked at her trying not to smile. [color=39b54a]"That's not the point!"[/color]

Shiver just knew, "[color=fff79a]You guys destroyed it didn't you?"[/color] She said looking around the room.

[color=39b54a]"Yeah we did but we had no choice. The Enchantress brought them to life and made them attack the city and the citizens. I should send him the bill for my medical." [/color]She smiled liking that idea and she said. [color=39b54a]"You know I think I will, all of our medical bills from the fight. I'll get that obnoxious guy right in the wallet."[/color] She laughed and turned to go back to the office.

While Tia was in the office she thought about Kain's lack of respect and put in a call to R&D to stop any and all requests from Kain until further notice. From here on in she was not going to give him anymore leaway. She had had enough.
