[@Vermillion] With your permission, I'm going to create a "Haven," where people are evacuated to in case of emergency. Imagine the concept of Vault-tec in Fallout, but it's more like a small city block surrounded by thick walls. It goes to crap with everything else from the inside out, so now it's a ghost town. Rather than my character just be a rover who just survives, I'd like for her to have sort of a home base, and early on she's going to decide to go home.
