Yeah I got sun poisoning at the lake one time. It was horrible. This is not even close to as bad as I've burned myself before. I have a pic of me in Oklahoma at a ranch and I am cooked, crispy fried with an extra side of crispy. It was horrific and I was bathing, saddling, and riding horses all day everyday for like 16 hours.

I have some hemp lotion I put on it. It takes care of it pretty quick.
