[color=cadetblue]Examination was taken before subject's consciousness: Robert from a medical standpoint possesses a muscular and broad body frame with a height of 5'11" and a weight of 174 lbs. Having a developed muscular frame, suggests that Robert is an athletic person who has time to condition his body whether intentionally or not. Objectively these combinations of traits allowing for a more intimidating figure as it is assumed that his frame is quite large. Having mostly tanned skin on his body which suggests sun exposure from traveling around, and once before having a paler skin tone before exposure. Possessing a strong jawline which defines his face, which in social terms is charming combining other facial features such as his dark brown hair tapered and held in style by some kind of product of sorts and his light brown eyes. Along with a beard which can be classified as a Balbo style with a thin streak connecting to his sideburns, outlining his jawline even more, giving him perhaps a good looking smile if not a good face to look at then.

[color=cadetblue]Reason for [s]hiring[/s] recruiting such a man like Robert: His versatility is not limited to just physical scouting as he is capable of remotely hacking cameras, computers and other pieces of technology with his device called: Profiler. Capable of tapping into the system through any open device and manipulate whatever is connect to the system, along with being able to observe anything that goes within it and tap into both audio and video logs as well. Anything that is connected to the system that Robert is hacked into can be manipulated through the Profiler, but requires time to cooldown once a three major commands are sent as it is the maximum which he can do before being detected in the system. Despite this, he is always making sure to keep his device updated as it is needed to not only break into the system but make sure his presence is undetected. Outside of his device, he is a one trick pony in the technology category. 

Outside of Profiler, Robert is required to be an agile person who will need to think fast on his feet for any situation that comes at him. His job requires discretion as he is refrained from doing anything too bold or attention grabbing for this is reconnaissance that he is doing. Keeping his head down low and making sure to blend into the crowd is all part of the job, as he takes a great deal of time observing where he is moving in order to avoid the greatest chance of failure. In more bolder attempts to gather information, he makes use of his charm and wits to 'interview' people about whatever he has on his list of things to do or flirt around with his target. It is a risky job, but the better the cover that he creates, the better chance that he gets on retriving information that he will like better. If observation from afar or even investigation from social interaction is possible, Robert is fully capable of going stealth mode and inflitrating places. Using his technological skills to cover his missing bases, he manages to evade most problems thrown his way and get what he needs so he can get out.

To whatever Robert can't take out with wits or guile, he is trainned in combat to ensure survival in dire situations where combat cannot be avoided. He is trained and capable of using a silenced pistol which he carries on him in case his energy pistol isn't the best weapon to use in the situation, it offers him better rate of fire than the quickly heated energy pistol. Outside of range combat, Robert is also trained to take down opponents using melee and incanpacitate or kill them if needed as hand-to-hand combat is much more silent than any gun. But, none of this needs to be done if Robert plays his cards right and doesn't get detected.

Robert is an open and outgoing guy, having his eyes on the people of the party and taking notes on those who seems interesting to him. He is a calculating person who is full of charm as he learns about the people who are around him by studying their actions and conversations. Learning to meld himself into a form which will more likely create cohesion with the environment he is in, his behavior for this comes from the strong survival instincts he has. Who always is in the possession of having a constant and ever-changing personality, the only remotely solid piece of his character which carries on is his charisma which he pools off in one way or another. Keeping his true thoughts locked away in a safe far behind the mask that he has created for the situation, Robert is truly a secretive individual once you realize this.

However, adapting to life out in space with no permanent place to call home Robert knows better that it is better to attract allies using honey rather than vinegar. Being quite a flirtatious individual, seducing is one of his ways of doing things along with it as a form of having dangerous entertainment for him. It not only serves Robert as a game for boredom but method of escaping sticky situations as well. Doing things that he wouldn't have thought of doing a long time ago, he has mostly lost a good chunk of his inhibition since then and will likely try anything. Being quite the obnoxious and fun loving person he is, he likes engaging in uncomfortable situation with people which can embarrass them or do something unpredictable. Despite this, his charismatic nature makes Robert generally a great guy to socialize with and have fun outing or night and is a person who isn't afraid to make advances if he feels like it.
