I think this makes me number 5! Tell me if it looks okay.
Gender: Male. Age: Older than you, kid. Role: Pointman, urban tracker, bargainer. Appearance: Skills/Abilities: Old Ben has spent almost his entire life as a mercenary of one sort or another. He's fought for rebel causes and then for the establishment crushing them. He's protected the interests of big business before helping rob them with a band of crooks. And if there's biome that old Ben has never fought in, they must have invented it yesterday. Throughout most of his career, Ben has fulfilled the role of pointman, the first member of any team to enter the killzone and the one with the lowest life expectancy. So as good as Ben is with his rifle, handgun and knife, his main talent is the one he's practised most; he's extremely good at not dying. He's really gotten into the habit of being a live, in fact, and doesn't intend to start dying at his time of life. That's always been something other people did. Ben's great experience comes in useful in all sorts of ways; he knows which models of guns are reliable, who to buy them from, which jobs will be busts and which ones will pay out more. He can usually tell when someone's trying to play him, cheat him or sell him supplies at an inflated price. Ben's prior dealings with most traders mean that if they see him coming, they immeadiately begin packing the best stuff they have into a bag, put on a big smile and hope he'll pay without telling the other customers what things should really cost in the stall. Ben's final talent is in tracking, but not out in the bush. He has friends in low places, has Ben, and he can almost always call upon them for favours or information. Anyone running away from him better make sure that no one and nothing sees them do it, because the walls have ears and mouths. Mouths that talk to Old Ben. Personality: Like many people of a more senior age, Ben doesn't take kindly to fools or time wasters. He's seen enough of them in his life and doesn't particularly feel the need to talk to any more, especially not now his luck is probably running dry. So those that don't get to the point or don't know what the point is get a short shrift from Ben. Those who know their mind and aren't afraid to speak it, however, should get along just fine with him. When something is up, you can be sure Ben will tell you, whether you like it or not. Maybe you're not cooking the stew quite right, maybe you missed a spot while cleaning your rifle, he'll let you know. And he expects the same from others, as long as the criticism is constructive. Ben believes in telling people when they've gone wrong and hopes others will do the same for him. He can be a little grumpy, a little cantankerous but only when he's not on a job. Without a purpose, Ben feels aimless and frustrated. With something to focus on, he tends to be gruffly cheerful if a little pushy. While on a job, Ben constantly pushes the other members of the team to make sure they're on alert and doing all they can to make sure the job succeeds, even if he's not leading the team. Success leads to life, he sometimes says, and he doesn't intend to die just yet.
EDIT: Changed how the name looks.
