[@Vermillion] Can't go wrong with New York. Cities, country, farmland, industrial facilities, etc. Use a place with known landmarks, like Central Park, or places we can look up on a map. Then if we say "(character) reached a building overlooking Central Park from the south," people will have a much easier time interacting, rather than a chance encounter. Even better, pick somewhere specific and start people in districts/neighborhoods. For example, here's a map of Manhattan: http://www.nycinsiderguide.com/manhattan-neighborhood-map#.VxKPbZ8pDqA Either we or you pick a neighborhood and go from there. It'll be WAY easier if we at least have a map. I dislike just roaming around and randomly picking when/where I bump into people. Anyway, that's my suggestion.
