a healthy weight for a 5'4 girl that age would be 117 but you don't need to be on point (idk the ideal weight for a 5'3 girl--prob like 110-115). 

Her personality makes me sadface panda. She sounds like a very caring girl. 

So much sadness for one girl. That's what her background makes me thing. But I shouldn't be talking >.> eh-hem.

I guess the only thing is why did her foster family move to Millington? but that can always be answered in IC
