He cares a lot for his people and attempts to be a good role model, polite and generous, if a bit strict on those under his command at times.[/indent]

[indent]Willam isn't as physically imposing as his father or other young men his age, he makes up for that in part by his weapon choice and in part by his fighting style. Willam utilizes the spear's superior reach to deftly knock aside strikes and stay out of his enemies range. He uses swift footwork and some trickery to send his foes off balance. Though he's no slouch with a sword either, being trained by the best teachers Lannister gold could buy. 

In addition he is a very accomplished Falconer, using his bird Medea to hunt small game. Because his fighting style requires deft footwork, Willam is also a very good dancer. He enjoys and is very skilled at a variety of tactical boardgames [/indent]

[indent]Not a particularly threatening man as far as physic goes.
Isn't particularly good at cards and despite being a cunning individual he's a terrible gambler.
Always tries to see the very best in people, some would argue that as endearing but, as his father would tell him it's dangerous and stupid.
Has always had a chip on his shoulder and felt like he had something to prove. Particularly that just because he's a Lannister means he's a greedy, arrogant man who'll stop at nothing to get what he wants.[/indent]

He hates responsibility and the "Stuffy nobles" that dwell in the castle and would much rather be out amongst the common people, talking and working where he can. Willam's a peace-loving man who'll try his best to talk himself out of any situation.
He is the epitome of "Lordly courtesy" as he never forgets his manners, indeed he finds the best method to being diplomatic is courtesy and food, lots of food. He loves meeting new people and thoroughly enjoys the company of trusted friends. [/indent]

[indent] Willam grew up as the only son to one of the most powerful men in Westeros, as such it'd be an understatement to say he felt a little bit of pressure from his father. So he was trained day in and day out to succeed his father, though Willam didn't really enjoy any of it as he's grown older he finds the skills more and more invaluable. He was absolutely ecstatic when his younger sister was born and is deeply devoted to her, parting from her has been one of the most painful things the young man has done. [/indent]
