Bullet proof kevlar made to pay homage to his 'totem' the kachina known as White Cloud. He also has a number of throwing knives he makes fly faster with wind or use them as conductors for bolts of lightning once he has hit.

Dancing: aside from the obvious of Tribal Dancing, he has also studied Tap, Ballroom, Tango, and the like.
Religious theology: He knows a lot of the Navajo tales, as taught to him by his grandfather. If his powers had not manifested, he would probably been going to college to study Native American history.
Capoeira: As a powerful compliment to his dancing skill, he has been learning the martial arts that best supports what he already knows.

Atmokinesis: Manipulation of the weather.
At the moment he has simple control of the area around him in a 10 foot radius, this is the training he has tooled around with until arrival here. He can make gusts of wind, adjust the temperature within 50 degrees of himself and fire bolts of lightning.
Elemental resistance: As a survival aspect, he can survive areas or objects with temperatures up to 200 degrees or 100 below zero before suffering damage. He also has a natural conductivity to electricity, the wattage and amps pass through him easily and thus deal less damage.
[u]Brief bio:[/u]
He had a good life, mom was in the army, dad was a lawyer. With her deployed, it was his dad and his mothers father who raised him on the reservation in the ways of the Navajo. Part of that Navajo tradition was the Kachina dances which he took to like a duck to water, moving with a grace on the spiritual level until one day the were celebrating with the rain dance when the storm came, and the rain came, and the flood came. A freak meteorological event that wiped out an entire neighborhood. 
Or so they were told.
While dancing, in the heaving sweat of the suit, it acted like a mini-sweat lodge where he went on a vision quest. In that realm of the mind he met the spirit of the storm, White Cloud. He had honored the spirit and so the spirit gave back a gift but it would be up to him to hone his gift or else he would wipe himself away in the flood.
