Or I suppose some Criminals could just get away Scot free because there's not a lot of evidence against them save the hearsay the Heroes gave the Police. I mean that's all it would be. "Say Icon mind testifying in court? We're gonna need you to reveal your identity but this Super Evil guy has done some bad stuff but we haven't had a lot to pin on him." I can't see Icon agreeing to that. I mean it defeats the purpose of a secret identity yet. It would still probably eat away at him knowing full well he could have put someone away (Until they get out which they will)
