He blinked, bewildered. She'd manhandled him and whisked him away. Super strength, teleportation, and Ice? Damn. He shrugged. "[color=ed1c24]Well...maybe this...[/color]" he said with a smile, burning up the ice slide and letting the falling structure surf him down gracefully before he landed nimbly on his feet.  He then pointed his finger at her like a gun, and then shot off four small fire bullets that melted the castle towers around her until she stood at the center. He blew the smoke from his finger, before shooting a dozen times around her feet, leaving her floating on a small island in a growing sea. "[color=ed1c24]I'm doing fine. How about you?[/color]" 
He blinked again and felt something soft hit his legs. He looked down. "[color=ed1c24]Well hi there.[/color]" he laughed, and gave her a hand to help her up.
