[@fdeviant] Are the conditions of the contract she has with the demon facts known to only her? 

She definitely strikes me to have a moral compass that would point her to helping Rach when the contract is complete. Marie seeing someone unable to defend themselves or have their agency stripped away would probably compel her into action. :) Makes for an interesting dynamic for a character!

In any case I would be [sub]secretly[/sub] hoping for a confrontation between two magical characters. :>
