Well, I'm still in the dark about exactly how the kidnapping is going to go down. Lekh is, IC, waiting for a response from the Cowl in regards to how he wants to go about instigating the kidnap, which means OOC Nexus needs to let me know what he wants to do.
I would help, but Cowl is calling the shots (Jacqueline, despite starting this whole thing, is currently trying to play a backseat role until Gene Co comes to collect) and telling Lekh what to do. Which since NN is back from not being eaten by a bear, you two can work that out off screen as to what your PC’s role is and maybe try to get your ideas put into play. However, Lekh’s role won’t be done after this detour. Jacqueline’s collab with the Cowl and Lekh’s own experience already details Rach’s developing meta powers, which as Jackie pointed out she doesn't have any idea about the development route since no captive subject made it past a day as a host. This, OOC wise, means all those listed in her revamped CS are going to start showing up after this scene. Lekh’s job would be to help keep those nulled until Gene Co comes to pick up through I suggest to keep his involvement flexible as we wanted to make this story influenced by the Players themselves and their PCs.
I'm still more than happy to have Lekh infiltrate the delivery and disable everyone on-board, increasing the likelihood of success for the villains. Though once Racheli is in the hands of the kidnappers outside they're on their own, Lekh can't stand up in a fight against superheroes.
At this point, and I might jumped the gun a bit, but everyone’s mainly suppose to be getting set up including making posts that connects their PCs officially into the plan. Such as getting ready or being contacted by the Syndicate about it in a single or collaborative post between their PCs and NN. In the Heroes cases setting themselves up near the CDC or area where the ambush/detour is about to take place. The basic plan is pretty simple and keep in mind, this is only the base line of events: ~Detour the van (in some manner) then arrive at a predetermined point for pick up ~Transfer Racheli into Cowl’s hands ~Conflict between Heroes and Villains start, which Racheli either escapes or taken to a hidden location
[@Fallenreaper] [@Athinar] and I have not, although my immediate concern is that, because this arc is happening alongside Pax, White Witch is currently unavailable. Even if Red Reaper were to contact Goodfellow, which we'll need to talk about and establish a previous connection between the two of them, he wouldn't just pull Marie from what she's doing now.
That is a concern and I don't want to drag you from the Pax arc. This is what I suggest: you and Athanir can still work out connection with Goodfellow and Jack nevertheless as it would give you a connection with the Cowl. Even one we could use in Season 2, namely as I think this might progress into it, if your PC isn’t freed up about the time we need her. Goodfellow can also likely contact her about it, even while she’s busy, and notify her that there's a possible job waiting for her when she's done which can get her involved when she’s free rather quickly if the villains haven't found her by then.
To be honest, I'm not sure how many heroes are even available to help at this point. Sounds like the kidnapping might just be really successful.
It seems the Heroes are a bit outnumbered, doesn’t it? XD I might move Tristan to being apart of the Gene Co pick up team or waiting at the hideout currently if the villains succeed so the Heroes aren’t fighting too many threats. This arc also had the ability to give newbies a low level, easy arc to ease into and allow them time to get some practice and feel for their characters since they came in late on the Pax arc. However, many seem to want to wait until Season 2 which is understandable.
