Actually, Sulley is one of my favorite characters. I like his ability to realize his mistakes, but also his incredible pride at the same time. He's also territorial, but not a total asshat. Good mixture. :3 Him and his brother also add a layer of plot to the RP.

I'm excited to see Samantha though, and curious about the other character. I also like Anders, to be honest. He's a good support character.
