I can see him and [@MelonHead]'s PC getting along, namely as they are both are in the business of intelligence. Though I don't think Lehk actually makes villains though as eavesdropping and spy work. It might also be a good idea to either have the ability to get involved with the arcs more directly or have NPCS that can like the Cowl. :p
