[@Raijinslayer] Much better, I think. A couple of notes: His history doesn't really match our timeline. The war happened 80 years before RWBY. We're at most 60 years before RWBY, so none of our characters would have been alive during the war. Also, if I understand his Semblance correctly, he is capable of destroying (Or disabling, at least) other's weapons, right? I don't think there's a problem with an armor/Aura piercing Semblance, but just outright destroying weapons might be a bit overpowered. Give [@Reapthemusic] a chance to weigh in on it. It is a definite improvement over your other character, though.
