So this seems like an interesting RP but I have a lot of questions. Firstly is this based off of an anime or manga series in particular lore/power wised, if not I have a few questions on the matter. For one, can magical humans be male? How does transformation work? And what exactly defines magic, is there any specific rules to it or is it just a broad term to list off powers?
