[@Hannibal] That'd be fine, but there [i]does[/i] need to be a reason for your character to be there. It's unlikely that someone from a lesser house than the big names would be asked to attend, so they'd probably have to be a guard or already be in the Red Keep for some reason. 

[To clarify: I know that the Ullers are technically a big house in Dorne but [i]you know what I mean[/i] XD]
