Irvine watched as the fox disappeared. He turned to his mimic with a smile. "See I told you! Trap!" He then watched as his mimic was scorched nothingness. Irvine looked up as the sun bared down on him. "Wow... that's... that's kinda warm" He then gazed around noticing not a single shadow was being cast in the clearing. He shook his head at himself before casting his eyes on the creature that had taken the wolf's place. A slow clap of congratulations were in order. "Now that's impressive. So..." Irvine spoke as he muffled back laughing at his own predicament. "What kind of trap are you? Oh mighty light bringer, surely even you know. That in light, there will always be darkness." Irvine adjusted his top as he stared back at the mighty creature. "Now are you going to play fair? Or no?" Irvine had not waited for an answer as he freed the Shadow Hilt from his belt. "You see..." Irvine chuckled softly. "Your magic can kill the darkness on the outside." The boy at this point was practically finding it impossible not to burst into complete hysterics. "But you cannot kill the darkness that's within!" As Irvine spoke dark energy began to seep to the hilt from his hand as it began too form a small blade.[@The One]
