I'm still drafting out the background and everything, but I've got a pretty solid idea for the time and setting.

It'll be set in the near future, somewhere in Central Africa. Our characters will be part of a UN-sanctioned peacemaking mission, which came to be after a disastrous peacekeeping attempt. As rear-echelon troops, our characters will be soldiers drawn from the military police formations of the contributing nations.

As for who, that I'm still deciding on. On one hand, I feel like giving everyone free reign to choose the nationalities of their characters, but that would make our characters a little too different in terms of kit for them to be in the same squad. I could limit us to a specific nation, but that feels a little bit restrictive to me. Nonetheless, I'll see what I can think of.
