Chain of Power: Ziak has an near unbreakable magical chain that he is able to mentally manipulate it and can extend its length to a full hundred meters. Finally Ziak is able to charge it with electricity to shock his enemies.
Superhuman Reaction time: Ziak's  reaction reaction time is quick enough for him see his opponents movements and anticipate what they will do in combat, but it is not perfect and he can be fooled by high speed opponents.
Enhanced Durability: Ziak is ten times for durable than an Olympic athlete 

Weakness: Aside from his chain and durability Ziak is just vulnerable as a human. when separated from the chain Ziak loses his powers after a couple of minute. The chain can be broken by pure silver weapons, but it will reform after a few hours.

History: Ziak comes from a dimension where animals are the dominant species of the planet and Ziak spent his early childhood living as your average kid, but one day a chain of magical properties fell from the sky near his home. Ziak felt an irresistible desire to pick up the chain and so he did and was immediately transported from his world and to earth where heroes such as Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman live. Upon arriving he was confused and scared and got into conflict with the law. That's where he ran into Wonder Woman and the super heroine. The hero offered to help Ziak and provide him with training. Ziak found that the chain had granted him great powers and he took on the name Wonder Weasel. Wonder Woman then decided to introduce him to the Teen Titans so that he could get a chance to socialize with human kids his age.
