[@Nemaisare] Air manipulation is like The Avatar type, not just anyone who can blow or use a fan. Her smoke is able to bypass that, but if someone is able to manipulate air, they'd be able to manipulate her smoke just because they have that power. I'm basing this off of the superpower wiki also
