[b][color=f26522]The Conviction:[/color][/b] Cynthia was convicted by the jury on the following evidence - The dress that Simone was murdered in was worn by Cynthia to the junior prom the year before, the fact her brothers baseball bat was covered in Simone blood, and the ballot box stuffed with votes for someone else in Simones hand writing. 

[b][color=f26522]History During H.S.:[/color][/b] Cyn was the girl to be, part of the prep crew and head cheerleader. She was your A-Typical Mean Girl but no one spoke out against her to her face. She wasn't the worst in the group but she knew how to make the worst people do what she needed or wanted them to do. Good grades, good money, good future pretty much everyone thought. Most figured she would end up being one of those trophy wives to some millionaire or sports star when the time was right.  

[b][color=f26522]History Since H.S.:[/color][/b] She has spent the last 10 years locked up in the Shady Pines mental ward. It has slowly driven her crazy. Her conviction was finally over turned on appeal when the case was moved to another district and the newest jury said it was all circumstantial since there were no finger prints of any of Cyn's DNA anywhere on the murder weapon and no one could ever find the murder scene. She is back at home with her parents now, only being seen recently actually back in town being crazy Cyn.
