Since Permanent features sounds a bit too broad for a bestial-type. The other thing is that you left tidbits about her personality in her other section. :P

[@RedDusk] I'm a bit confused about the backstory, mostly the timeline of events. Since if he's twenty-one, he would have to be around fourteen when the Verthaven disaster occurred, and NEST was disbanded. But, you mentioned that [i]NEST[/i] was after him instead of DOVE or RAVEN. 

The other thing I want to say is that he should have a few more weaknesses since electricity manip is powerful on his own, and he can also infuse himself with electricity to gain strength and heightened reflexes.
