When called from the World, the Beast Glatisant acts as the antithesis to Mystery and magic, both falling apart in proximity to the serpentine creature, making it effectively immune to the actions of Servants from the Age of Gods and magic from the same era, although this is not the only requirement. Mystery is ultimately the target of the Beasts presence, any anything which is considered blatantly beyond the Age of Man (even if it is used by a man from the same era) would simply break. The Beast is the Age of Man, and the final death of the Age of Gods. As such, only man - through their own human efforts - can truly defeat this Beast. Physically, the creature is leagues stronger, faster and more durable than most individual servants, and with its natrual presence it becomes a presence almost inherently lethal to servants.
Okay, re-reading. Summoned- no apparent time limit, so could be instantaneous. No apparent cost- how much is comsumed? What does it take to summon it up? Destroyes Magic- literaly insta-killing/destroying anything done by gods, before the age of man, just with its mere precence. (I think heaven and hell qualify) Effectivly immune to the actions of heroes from before the age of man Okay, so...fuck. Herc-level defence. Only can be defeated by man though human efforts. Oh, looky here. A...weakness? So...uhh a Master with a gun could destroy it? Good news but... Stronger, faster, more durable then most individual servents, by an order of magnatude. Tell me, when was the last time bullets ever bothered a Servent? When was the last time the Master took out a Servent? They can't. Physicaly can't. But, hey, if I dropped a nuke on it, it would die? Okay. No mention of controllability. No mention of its intelligence, no mention of it's appearance, does it bite? Claw? Spit? ...Poop?
Okay, so in legends, video games. And whatnot, the things created by gods are always the stongest things. They are always pictured as above and beyond the work of man. Why? Becuase they are gods. This beast takes all that and says, "Fuck it, use your peashooters." Then goes and is eqivilant to a god, in strength itself. Lets not forget, he has one more phantasm that puts Rider's personal stats to... A rank strength...and A rank...endurance... Whaaaaaa? Along with a nice big fortress with a Master Hand also...capable of...capturing a servent...for, presumably mister Rider to come by at his leasure and mock before killing them. ....at least the knights are mob troops. In summary, This Phantasm limits or is outright immune to the the most powerful things in legend, and is so personally powerful, that it cannot be overwhelmed by anything at the human's disposal. If mere humans could fight a servent, then they wouldn't rely on the servents like they do. Yes, maybe some servants could fight it, but those are laughably few, and those that could, would also have to deal with Rider and his Fortress, too.
