[@Nosuchthing]I'm reading "genuinely a good man" and "enjoys killing and torturing certain kinds of people" over and over again in your sheet. The repetitiveness sounds like someone talking to themselves and trying to rationalize murder. I don't think that's how you're gonna convince the reader that Matthew means well.

[@FernStone]I'd argue that being in the gang is by no means a feasible training method for combat or shooting. They might have access to firearms, but there's no official training in that sort of environment. I'd expect him to be an okay shot, but wouldn't stand a chance even against a recruit RAVEN. Neither are there any sort of martial art or defense program in gangs. He could probably fight dirty, utilize what tools he may, but hand to hand is a different story.

I might sound hypocritical in saying this after posting Reyna (but in my defense, she was of the first to be posted and boxing fits her character without being tacked on), I feel uncomfortable with the standard being set with everyone being fighters (or RAVEN/DOVE and thereby having the training regardless). The exceptions are 2 of the GM's own characters, Rory, Lava Lamp Head, and Arianna.
