[@Mr_pink]how long has she had the virus?  I never actually mentioned how long you could have it, and, as the only character I made was a carrier they won't get over it, but she would have had to be sick when getting her powers.  Some viruses can remain in your system for a long time before you get over them, though, so it's possible she was sick for several weeks, just not so sick that she couldn't function.

A slight fever and some queasiness or dizziness isn't really enough to stop a teenager that wants to hang out with their friends.
