Just to clarify so we won't have any misunderstandings: so when he shoots lightning out of his hands or when he tries to taze someone with his bare hands, he will get burn, but when he charges up and runs around, he won't get burn. But when he charges up and runs around shooting lightning, he will get burn. Is this okay?
