Vashi smiled at the Draenei at that comment. Even though Mei might initially appear as a big, bad and nigh indestructible warrior; much like Vashi's Captain; she still could not hide the signs of exhaustion that were currently visible all over the Draenei's being. Whilst Mei might have carried herself with a hard, outer shell; it had at this point plenty of cracks with which to see through to the softer inside. ”You know... miss Vashi, I cannot explain it, but your presence calms me... I haven't felt like this for a long time.” "You may be a big bad warrior who has mastered any physical weapon, but I think one important thing that you never mastered is this." Vashi said with a soft smile as she reached one hand up and placed it on the left side of Mei's chest, all the while eying the Draenei's reaction. Being around the Draenei gave the mage a strange feeling of acceptance. The look she was receiving from Mei was very different from what she was used to receiving from her peers in the warband, who usually looked at her with a certain bit of disdain and even fear, as if she was going to blow up at any minute! No, there was no such awkward tension coming from Mei, who seemed to have no problems staying so close to her, despite her affinity for the arcane. It did not seem to bother the Draenei one bit, as she seemed genuinely relaxed and at peace. For once, it felt like she could talk without everyone around her jumping as if she was about to chant a spell. At the mention of exhaustion, there was a thoughtful expression on Vashi's face as she threw a quick look around in the corridors of the mansion all around them. "Why don't we find a room? Right now we stand the risk of falling right in the path of any of my sisters' drunk shenanigans." Vashi suggested, looking up at Mei. "Though we probably should stay off the first floor, and the basement is too cold... what if we try upstairs?!"
