[@Otaku95]A few minor things:

1) I wasn't clear about it in the OP (will fix), but the virus only happened within the last two years.
2) you have four powers, but because two of them (stamina and reflexes) are so weak, we could just say one is the result of training or just a natural gift if you want.  Kind of like batman being "peak human" in everything because of training.
3) What exactly caused him to get the powers? Did he just really want those specific powers,or was there a situation that made him want them/need them in that moment?
