I think itd be a cool idea to give the Branded some really unique powers, and have them passively hunted by the champions. It may not be their main goal, but since the Branded refused to allign with any Titan, the Titans are upset and will punish their soul if captured. Itd be an interesting twist and give the Branded some plot to work with since they have no Titan deciding their goals.
