That morning was utter chaos.

Clothes strewn about, personal items on the ground far from where they're supposed to be, it was a complete mess of an apartment. Evalyn had always been bad at preparing for a trip: even the Disneyland trip the year before - the one she'd known for over [i]three weeks[/i] she'd waited till that morning to pack her cases for the magical trip. And the exact same situation she'd found herself today.

[color=fdc68a][b]"Connoooooooooooor!"[/b][/color] The younger girl cried from her room, sitting on her case to keep it shut. [color=fdc68a][b]"I think I overpacked!"[/b][/color] Well, surely she didn't need [i]this[/i] many clothes for a trip camping. Eva knew it, but she couldn't stop herself from still packing her favourite blue dress in her case. Hey, at least there weren't any heels, right? Baby steps.

They had to be out on the road soon, Eva felt bad for leaving her packing till the last day and forcing Connor to postpone the trip an extra hour. But it wasn't long after Connor had arrived to help her that the couple were in his car and out on the road to Camp Riverbank.

[color=fdc68a][b]"Let's hope your car doesn't take us to any Thai restaurants this time."[/b][/color] Eva gave her boyfriend a dimpled smile, snickering as she remembered the car ride to Disneyland, how Connor had accidentally triggered his car's navigation system to take them to the nearest Thai place.
