Everyone else in the Interest Check explicitly decided on a Titan and let me know. I didn't know for sure if he was completely invested or not going off this information alone, and I wouldn't deny the interest of someone else who I discussed it with about an hour later over a person that displayed mild interest. Of course I understand your point, and there is still a position for him to participate in the roleplay, but it would have been unfair to completely reserve a Titan for him with the interest he expressed.
