Through Riggs’s silence, Nine’s under clear words hidden beneath mumbling, Pax’s disagreement and doubt, Grick’s suggestions, and Ven’s question, Askel managed straight eye contact with the floor. Villianians are known for glaring, glancing, gazing- there is power within their eyes, emotion. Though she held heavy silence, her pupils portrayed her internal struggle pertaining to her decision- the stress and the anger. But the struggle was obvious, who she was angry with, not quite so. Askel finally moved from her position while turning around with a twist of her heel. The Captain paced five steps from the table and away from her crew, now facing the window overlooking the aimless stars of space. The quietude continued… Deep space was infinite, a great warping black curtain that entangled them. The stars were bright, yet they were dimming. Tick, tick, tick, the clock ticked, and after each stroke the stars faded from her vision. That was until they completely disappeared with only the dark abyss present... She collapsed. As soon as Askel felt herself falling, she slapped her right palms against the screen of the window, trying to catch herself, but there was little the Captain could do with the little strength she had left while entering unconsciousness. She hit back first with the head following with a bounce of the head against the floor. Sweat swelled from the surfaces of her temples and towards her forehead. Because since the discovery of the recording, Askel has lost track of both essential factors of life. Once awakened, Askel panted heavily, gasping for air and to catch her breath. Dizziness still stood very relevant with her, as it did moments before she fell. She tried staring into the eyes of whoever had awoken her, wrestling with her words and with keeping her head up and supported, "T-the Nomad... We-we-we c-could..." Askel stopped, she gripped firmly the right words as she in the midst of it, tried gathering the last she could remember. On duty, the Captain never for once bore the face of terror, and with her Villianian eyes it was extremely evident to all present in the room. Askel felt vulnerable, and she grew distasteful of the feeling. To counterattack this emotion, Askel quickly tried pulling herself back up, using the wall besides her as an aid. Yet as soon as she reached her feet, Askel became wobbly again, losing her balance. She needed support.
