Cú watched the proceedings with detached concern, his mind racing beneath his mind. After the moment on panic at forgetting his clothes, the hound lost interest at the glares and strange looks the others were giving him. He grinned toothily at Riggs as he imperiously tried to order the crew in the absence of the captain. Ignoring the prattling beat, he walked over to Grick and the Captain, brushing by the blue alien on his way. He had seen the look of distaste on Rigg's face when he walked in, as well as the way he was verbally assaulting the captain. "I suggest you remember that this idiot can castrate you with a your own clavicle." Cú growled at Rigg's, before continuing on his way to help the commander. Cú liked Grick and the captain. Though Cú disagreed with the Frecksan on matters of religion, he enjoyed the fact that the alien was so quiet, lacking the biting insults of the others on the ship. The captain was someone he both admired, and despised, admired for her strength of character, and despised for being a tool to oppress the hound. But, now that she was offering him a chance at freedom and a means to screw with the system, he respected her under a new light. Huffing lightly, Cú turned back to the group. "Why do you all hesitate? We are the scum of the universe, the forsakers of morals and values. Any hope of this being a legitimate rebellion against the system was doomed in its inception. So why hesitate? We will never truly be free, with our records, and our ties to the traitor Captain. The Council will keep us, to make sure that the universe will forget of whatever they wanted the universe to forget." Cú said as he turned again to help the Captain up. "We will never be free of anything, the shackles that bind run to deep, forged to strong to truly break. But this, this glorious action will be the closest we can get to breaking out shackles. Death may claim us, our deeds swept away, and out existstance denied, but at least we can give a final fuck you to our captors." Cú finished, offering a hand to his captain.
