I've never seen a comedy character in an RP that wasn't terrible. I mean, I suppose, but I'm not just going to decline someone solely based on that. If their prerogative is to just constantly make jokes even in serious situations then I suppose we'd have a problem, but characters like beast boy or even cyborg are more than welcome.
