Mary | Ancient Library
Mary sniffed around at her surroundings. They had made it to the ancient library that the Council had sent them to, and it was as ancient as she had thought it would be. The hall was covered in dust from obvious disuse, and it seemed the wall sconces were all out of wax. Luckily, an old magician lead the way with a small magical cantrip that produced a ball of light. If he wasn't around, they'd have to illuminate their way with gunfire, and Mary didn't want to ruin the clothing she had on right now. Somehow, it seemed Lily had gotten back Mary's light dress clothing that she borrowed. A trip to earth, or if Lily was simply lying Mary didn't know or care. She was wearing clean clothes now, even if she hadn't showered. The old man abruptly came to a stop as the group entered a great dome. He seemed more interested in the books than the mission they were on, telekinetically bringing them closer too inspecting them. Still, the books held great knowledge, possibly of the seals. Even if she did wish he waited, she understood his point. For now, she would allow him a moment before moving forward. She wanted to talk to Souta, since she didn't get a chance after their meeting in Barlour. "Hello, you're Souta, yes?" She asked of the man she was walking beside. "I believe we met in Barlour before the second seal was broken. You're a representative of Gilgamesh, right?"
