I'm certainly still interested in a Bleach RP. Might as well throw my two pence in.

Royal families, sure. Races, not so much - Bleach already has six trillion different things that haven't been utilised much, so there's plenty of things to play as.

While I don't have a problem with any particular race, the sheer number of potential races can make organising things incredibly difficult. I suppose if there was a large playerbase, we could get away with it, otherwise it might be best to limit things a little.
