Tia was in her office at her desk. Her head was pounding from the tension headache and then it was gone. Automatic regeneration was excellent for some things but it did nothing to ease the tension in her shoulders and spine. She raised her arm above her head and stretched pulling the muscles til they ached. When she was done she felt better. 

Unable to focus her mind she went up to the gym and started working on acrobatics and other exercises that required her focus. One of the trainers was there and he offered to spar with her. She nodded ok and he tossed her the gloves. [color=39b54a]"Fair warning, I'm trying to work off some anger so you might take a beating on this one."[/color] He grinned and put on some pads and headgear to protect himself. Tia started to punch and she had trouble restraining her anger and she hit him so hard she knocked him through the brick wall and into one of the spa rooms. She yanked the gloves off and ran to him. [color=39b54a]"I'm so sorry! Are you alright?"[/color] He looked up at her and said. [color=7ea7d8]"You don't hit as hard as Wicked or Shiver but call the doc anyway."[/color] She smirked and hit her comlink as he laid his head down.

[color=39b54a]"Tia to medical. Please send 2 medics to the gym."[/color] As soon as the medics arrived Tia lay down on the floor and just looked up at the ceiling. She found it oddly relaxing and she just stayed there for a while. She could hear the rest of the team in her comlink. It sounded like they were done or nearly done. She was happy about that because she could really use a hug from Miles right about now.

Shiver watched as Rey held the doc while she cried. She understood where the doc was coming from but she still had to side with Tia's point of view even if she disagreed with how she handled it.

Shiver teleported to the scene and saw Ro'kun carrying around a meta chick. She chuckled as she realized he was lost. [color=fff79a]"Hey Red? You ready to go home?"[/color] She grinned and walked over to him and teleported him and the meta chick back. Shiver froze a band around the girl's hands like cuffs. Shiver took him down the stairs right in the front of the HQ before you got to Tia's office. Down the stairs to the right was the [i]'prison'[/i]. It was sensitive to fingerprints. You could put anyone in but only she and Tia could get them back out. Shiver pushed the girl in and pulled her door shut. [color=fff79a]"Oh chicky, your powers won't work in there so get comfy."[/color] She went upstairs and left Ro'kun looking a bit bewildered.
