All superheroes MUST live inside the HQ. There will be no exceptions on this. Your powers must be listed on your charachter sheet. I'm[color=fff200] not allowing magic[/color] because it is too vague and gives the user an unfair advantage over the others which is also why there is[color=fff200] no mind control or power copying allowed [/color]either.
