The Age piece is stumpin' me a bit. Anyone know what typical Ork lifespan is?
As far as I am aware, there is no cannon for it. If I had to take a guess at it, I would say longer than a typical human lifespan (given that Orks have far less organs and generally less that can go wrong overall) plus their semi-plant nature would probably mean that they are not plagued by many human illnesses. Do note that Orks, given their nature, probably don't see the end of their lifespans as it is. A good reference is Ghazghkull himself. He managed lead the First War for Armageddon which was in 444.M41. The Third War was in 998.M41. Given that 554 years have passed and Ghazghkull is still merrily chugging away, leads to believe that Orks CAN live for multiple hundreds of years. It probably corresponds to how much they fight and grow. Given how Ghazghkull was well alive before even the first war for Armageddon, it leads to suspect that he is at least a few hundred years old.
