His personality is fine. I noticed that you added on an earthquake style ability to him though, despite his Spirit being an Air x Dark element. Are the earthquakes being caused by an air shockwave? If so, that's fine; just making sure because his Spirit is not Earth, but rather Air and Dark.

I am 98% sure this is the case; the problem with is first power was that it didn't fit at all with his voice manipulation and although it fit the Element, it just felt tacked on and unneccasry. In this regard, it's best to wait for [@KoL] to confirm.

Looking at your revisions, I don't see any immediate setbacks so he looks fine to me so far. Best to wait what the others have in mind to his changes.
