I don't deny that there is some truth in what you say, but there are people out there - people whom live normal lives with the occasional vigilante justice night, but this registration act will make ALL of them, not just the ones who do thing to help people out, have to come forward to pretty much say "Hey, I keep my neighborhood safe, but the government is mad for actions that were unavoidable, so I guess my family is gonna die." 

And I'm not just talking about those in the Civil War film. I'm talking about the AoS guys, the Netflix/Defenders guys. They'll have to forsake their secret identity because the government is scared. Guys like Daredevil and Luke Cage who have enough enemies after them by themselves, but when you add on the fact that their secret identities could be discovered because of something the governemnt wants to force upon them, all of those that they know and love may very well be dead because of this act.

For the record, I don't support capt because I'm "in love with Bucky". I mean, yeah Bucky is bae, but that's not the only reason. I support capt because I believe in the right to privacy. Someone who is a hero at night should be able to walk the street without their mask on without any fear of getting attacked or mauled by fans/reporters.
