[@Fabricant451] No, you can't separate the two, but you have to also look at the fact that there was mind-manipulation involved. If we are going to blame Bucky for the actions that Hydra forced him into, then we need to bring Clint up on charges for assisting Loki in releasing an alien army onto NYC, even though Clint was being mind-controlled at the time. I can't see blaming a man for actions he literally had no control over, since that's what brain-washing does. Obviously, Bucky has broken free from Hydra's brain-washing, and isn't the Winter Soldier anymore. He needs [i]help[/i] now, not to be prosecuted for something that was beyond his control.
