If left on his own, mostly pacifist yeah. But if you make him and tell him to go to war, he'll do it, and probably grow as an individual pretty rapidly. Sending Tetra to the Rovaick to teach them metalworking works well with me.
He'll learn how 2 into smithing different things gud while teaching Rovaicks how to smith.
