I actually meant that. Sorry, should probably have been more clear. So no members of any race will suddenly show supernatural powers out of nowhere? They have the capability for such thing but have to be taught, right?

[@Kho] Also I'm REALLY not sure about this because I can't find anything about this but if I remember correctly Vowzra created a special kind of thingie that allowed SOME (like very few) of a race to see glimpse of the future right? Or am I completely imagining that?
