[@Rockette] - Suggesting that I don't know what I'm doing?? You heretic! Kidding. But, maybe. My style of lifting is heavy weight/low reps for strength building mostly. I guess whenever I go up weight I end up straining something - also had to adjust my grip on certain exercises for the same reason. Screw you and your runs also. Don't brag about that, damnit >>. Some of us can only run a measly mile before we feel like we're about to keel over T___T.
