[@Leaves] Got it I'll edit RN, i wasn't sure on that so i just did it that way but yeah i didn't think he would be very powerful, i kind of hoped starting him at level 1 meant something along the lines of those limitations. I would have gladly changed it around if i had to I'm not a very rigid person when it comes to my CS's, but thank you for being so flexible ill work on the changes right away. I feel like it should be expanded but for the terms of this RP I'd like to Add to it as we go instead of starting with a long speal on how the Char is. If thats alright with you of course. I could always make his backstory more in depth and things like that of course.
