Kalinda had already exited the gym. Her shaking was getting worse, and sobs started to rise. She fell to the ground, couldn't find the strength to get up, and crawled over to a tree. She was tired of frying to fight the emotionz, tired of trying to get control. She was tired of living in fear that she would lose what little control she had. The gym had merely set her off on this downward spiral, but it had probably been coming for a year. She just wanted it to go away.
