Sunny ([sub][@HalfOfLancelot][/sub]) [sub]Note: Altered Tundra added a tidbit of Jackson near the end[/sub]
Welcome back to Summer Camp. There wasn't time to respond to Ariel's question (and yes, Ash did notice her teammate's sudden change in expression when she received a text), or indirectly comment on the obvious hatred Elijah and Alex shared for each other. There wasn't time to give Jackson a comeback or to laugh at Oliver calling Mr. Hill a douche bag. There definitely was no time for Alex to get pissed at the appearance of cheeky ass Alton or "Kitt", who the hell cares what he wanted to be called. No one realized that the calm before the storm was put to an end and the Sky and Earth were about to crash into each other. The moment Adielle, Elijah's sister, came flouncing in, the dominoes began falling and Aisling saw the scene unfold in slow motion. The Green team member shrieked with irritation as she pointed out Jackson's idiocy. Why did people have to be this emotionally heightened so early in the morning? There was this thing called 'think before you do or say' that not many teens seemed to get. When an earthquake happens, it can cause a volcano eruption or even a tsunami. Yet, no one grasped that the biggest walking disaster was Jackson and all one had to do was shake him a little and he'd shatter violently. Rather than react, knowing well enough Eli was keeping a close eye on his sister, as Ash was with Jackson, the woman kept quiet and simply watched. Her unnerving calm demeanor altered into an incomprehensible darkness, far more anger consumed than any of them usually saw. Her face may have been stoic but her eyes burned blistering flames that would surely incinerate those that surrounded her. Idiots. She was surrounded by the lot of them. This is why some people were driven to smoke or drink. The world was filled with fuckers that wanted to start shit. There were some people that were intimidating and tough, just for the sake of scaring people off, and then there were people like Aisling, who were truly unnerving and fully capable of breaking someone's spine if the situation allowed it. There were so many wrongs to what was happening right now. One, Oliver was there and this would surely terrify him. He was the new kid and now he'd probably never come back to Camp Liberty because of all the damn teen angst. Two, it was happening in the Main Hall, right before Introductions were to start, where a camp leader wasn't too far away. Really now? Three, a fight in the Grey team area didn't read well for anyone... Nor was a fight going to solve their petty issues. After the like-minded soul jumped in to defend his sister from the raging bull and said his words of peace, Aisling glanced at all those around her, expression still unreadable. Suddenly, Sunny strode in, took a damn Polaroid picture and handed it to Ash, thinking his happy disposition would help the situation. Lightly tossing the picture at Oliver to hold, her narrowed eyes met with the bubbly man's stare and gave him a faux smile, "This has nothing to do with you." Not giving anyone anymore time to do something that would make matters worse, she walked up to Jackson, with no fear whatsoever written on her face. Her death glare would shake those who met her gaze and if her eyes were a weapon, the piercing daggers would reach the heart in milliseconds. Standing beside Jackson, arms crossed, she teethed, while still respecting the hothead's dignity, "You can either walk on your own accord outside or you can kiss any possibility of romancing the fuck out of me goodbye. " She paused to let her heated words settle in. Her tone was venomous, yet non-confrontational. Offering her hand, a gesture to show she wasn't going to leave him alone, Ash questioned, "So what's it going to be, Jackson? If you're punching anyone, you better know it's going to be no one else, but me." While Jackson had every intention of smacking that shit, I'm-better-than-you, look off of Eli's face, Ash gave him an ultimatum: he can punch Eli if he wanted to, but if he did, he could kiss any possibility of having a shot with Ash out of the window. He grunted a few times. The first was silent, the second louder, and the third one was a flat-out yell with a twist. He said nothing. He shoved Eli out of the way, not paying any mind to anyone he ran into. He was angry, sure, but it was better than forsaking any kind of shot he may or may not have with Ash; though, as he went into the Media Room, obscenities of very colorful words could be heard. Such a colorful vocabulary could only be rivaled by Sailors out at sea. And it was clearly audible. Anyone with a proper sense of hearing could make out the words he was saying.. "Fucking hell motherfucking shit bag FUCK!" Taking a deep sigh of relief as Jackson went off on his merry way, Aisling turned toward everyone who had no fucking clue how to deal with overly emotional people, "Eli and I won't always be there to stop him. I'm saying this as someone who doesn't want you guys to end up in the infirmary on your first day back at camp. Fucking think before you do shit." After all was said and done, she gave Eli a thankful look as she walked pass him and his sister. Kneeling down to be at Oliver's level, her chocolate orbs softened, and a genuine smile was back on her face, "Why don't you and I get a quick breather before intros start?"
